The Work With Pride Professional Business Network (PBN) is a not-for-profit national organisation for business professionals based in Ireland, who are either members of the LGBT+ community or allies of the community, and are based in Ireland.
The network provides regular events for members and guests which helps to inform, educate, and support our members, both personally and professionally. It also provides a forum for members of the LGBT+ community and their allies to develop professional contacts.
The network was formed in October 2021 and is affiliated with Cork LGBT+ Pride Festival and its annual Work With Pride Diversity and Inclusion Conference. Stemming from the conference was the need to establish a professional network, and hence the Work With Pride Professional Business Network was formed.

Membership is open to all approved members; Work With Pride Business Network members agree to follow specific guidelines and a membership agreement designed to maximize a successful outcome of the network and its members.
